I need my tiles next day. Does Stone Trader offer this service?
We do hold 95% of our tiles and mosaics in stock and often can be dispatched for next working day delivery (Orders received before 2:30pm), Just choose the delivery service that you require at the checkout. The cut off for next day delivery on the Imperial Glass Mosaic Tiles is 11:30am
Can I choose a delivery day?
Yes you can, just sepcify the day in the customer notes, at the checkout. Alternatively, our standard service delivers in 3-5 working days. A member of our customer service will call you to arrange a convienient day.
Do I have to sign for the delivery
Yes, but you can have them delivered to another address where a signature is possible, just specify the address when asked during the checkout process.
What if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?
We can get the carrier company to telephone prior to delivery to arrange a convinient delivery day. However unless by prior arrangment, the driver will not leave the goods if their is no one in at the delivery address. If a second delivery attempt is required, an addintional charge of £15 will be incurred.
How Will my goods be delivered?
Larger orders will be sent shrink wrapped on a pallet or in a crate. The delivery company will deliver the goods to the ground level edge of the property. The driver will not be able to assist getting the tiles in to your property. Smaller orders can be sent via parcel carrier. Do we deduct VAT for orders delivered to Jersey/Guernsey?
