Delivery Information

Metro Tiles

At Stone Trader we want to ensure you receive your tiles in perfect condition every time, so to reduce the risk of damages all Metro tile orders are sent out on a pallet for added protection. Therefore Metro tile orders under £150 will incur a £24.95 delivery charge. As with all our products, orders over £150 will be delivered free.

I need my tiles the next day. Does Stone Trader offer this service?

We hold 95% of our tiles and mosaics in stock. These can be dispatched for next working day delivery (Orders received before 1:00 pm) Saturdays are not included in this service, Just choose the delivery service that you require at the checkout. If Saturday delivery is required please contact our customer services on 0113 231 1572 for further details or simply choose this service at the checkout.

Can I choose the delivery day?

Yes, you can, just simply select the day you require delivery in the checkout on our handy delivery day selector or in the customer notes. Alternatively, our standard service is 2 working days. You can also contact one of our sales team on 0113 231 1572 and they will happily arrange a delivery day which is convenient for you.

Do I have to sign for the delivery?

Yes, but you can have them delivered to another address where a signature is possible, just specify the address when asked during the checkout process.

What if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?

We can get the carrier company to telephone prior to delivery to arrange a convenient delivery day. However unless by prior arrangement, the driver will not leave the goods if there is no one in at the delivery address. If a second delivery attempt is required, a minimum charge of £15 will be incurred.

How Will my goods be delivered?

Larger orders will be sent shrink wrapped on a pallet or in a crate. The delivery company will deliver the goods to the ground level edge of the property. The driver will not be able to assist you in getting the tiles into your property. Smaller orders are sent via a parcel carrier.
