Your statutory rights are not affected by this information
In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a full refund, as long as we are notified of the product's fault within 48 hours of it being delivered to you.
To arrange for the product to be collected, email [email protected] or telephone us on 0113 231 1572 with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We may ask for a photograph of the faulty product. We will collect the product at no expense to yourself, and either provide a replacement or process a refund.
All refunds will be made to the account used to purchase the product.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange.
You can return Stonetrader products you do not require for a refund, provided we are advised of the proposed return within 30 days of the product being delivered to you.
If you cancel your order within 7 working days (i.e. excluding public holidays and weekends) following the date of delivery, we will give you a full refund including any 'Standard delivery' delivery charges. This does not include 'Next day' delivery charges.
If you advise us of your proposed return within 30 days (but more than 7 working days) following the date of delivery we will give you a full refund excluding delivery charges.
To arrange for the product or products to be collected, email [email protected] or telephone us on 0113 231 1572 with your order number and details of the product or products you wish to return. We will arrange collection of the product by our nominated carrier. Please note there will be a minimum charge of £20.00 for this service. Return deliver charges will vary depending on the location, quantity of product to return and product type. Your refund will be processed within 14 days from date of collection.
Please note: If the goods are delivered on a pallet the pallet the goods were delivered on will need to be retained so that excess goods can be returned back to Stonetrader.
